what does kidney cancer look like

during a mri my left kidney has over 250 abnormalities inside. the spots look like dots, spread throught the entire kidney. i am being sent for a ct scan.
i am tired all the time, have lost considerable weight, have no appetite, i sweat all of the time, and all of my joints are painfull.
