what is the best hospital or clinic that treats ear and nose cancer?

my dad has recently been diagnosed with a tumour which could be in his ear and his throat. he is 75 years old and over the last 2 years he has been told he has mild asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure. he has found it hard to come to terms with the these illnesses and when he found out he could have cancer in december 2007 he couldnt deal with it and has just ignored it. he has since become very paranoid and becomes very irrational. he refuses to go to hospital to have it treated becasue he is scared and paranoid. this is why i need a good hospital that will help him understand whats going on and treat it.
